  1. Julian carrots in to thin strips

  2. Temper onions, chillies, mustard seeds , add the carrot and temper for few mins
  3. Add ½ cup water along with turmeric n salt, simmer for 5 mins.
  4. Add the thick coconut milk let in simmer for 2 mins n remove from heat.

Carrot white curry

Serve with any spicy meat curry along with white rice
