Direction
- Boil 5 cups of water.
- Add snake beans and Jack fruit seeds to cook.
- Once cooked add the greens and chillie powder.
- Add salt and tamarind paste.
- Add cuttlefish ,Crabs, fish and prawns.
- Once the sea food is cooked add the palmarah flour. ( Ensure that the palmarah flour is soaked in water before adding to kool)
- Once the mixture thickens remove from head and serve hot.
Jaffna Kool
Ingredients
- Snake beans 250g
- Greens ( mulai keerai) 1 bunch
- Jack fruit seeds 200g
- Prawns 500g
- See Crabs 500g
- Fish 500g
- Chillie powder 3 tbs
- Tamarind paste 1 tbs
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cooked rice 1 cup
- Palmyra flour 5 tbs
